I have the same problem, got the upgrade your subscription message, reset the puck and now BBC One East is blank. I assume this is something sky have to fix

Ive just done all that again and was asked to reactivate account. All ok now. 

Fingers crossed thats it for a long while!

Yeah sadly I've just turned on to discover this new issue. Can't watch a lot of channels.

Went to watch Sky News HD and first I got the 'not subscribed' message which is obviously wrong,. I then rebooted and unplugged Stream puck and it's now not doing anything when clicking on Sky News or some other channels. Some show a black screen with spinning progress logo in the preview in the Tv guide. If I type 501 when watching a channel that works it shows the numbers but doesn't go anywhere. Crazy.

Just phoned up Sky and as I was explaining they got an email through saying that there is a problem that matched this one. Lady said they have no answer yet but hopefully it'll be fixed soon. So at least it's a known issue that's just started.

Same here, asking to upgrade my subscription, it's on half the channels even Sky's main channels. Done all the reset stuff, nothing has changed.

Same. Last week I had to reboot the puck as it would not switch on. Now I cannot access a number of channels such as Sky News. A blank black screen comes up. I can watch C4. Whoopee. Also the voice command on the remote doesn't work. I have reconnected the remote. No difference. This is very poor from Sky.

Being told to upgrade subscription when trying to watch BBC4 HD and also Gold HD

Like many others I have done a reset on my sky stream puck but to no avail.
