Started with just two channels but now they are all slowly disappearing. Not even being asked to upgrade right now, as I was earlier. Channels like Gold and MTV etc just giving blank screens. 

Has Sky given any information yet?

If you already got it you don't have to upgrade again. It's just a bug.

Yesterday channel now shown as requiring upgrade

Until today I have watched U & Yesterday on Sky stream. .I now receive  an on screen message that I need to upgrade. Why is this?

Can't watch Sky News or BBC News.

Originally there was a message saying I needed to upgrade (I don't,) Now there is nothing on the screen and no audio. Every other channel is working

What is happening when you try to view something and is this via Sky Q , Glass or Stream ?

Which Sky System do you have? This does not sound like a Sky Go issue 😞

Cannot watch quite a few channels. Tried rebooting but still the same

What is happening with sky lost a few channels they are just a black screen

Random channels missing for me.

ITV ok.

NFL and Horse racing missing but not other sports.

Sky showcase is one too.
