optical audio converter
I have Phonak hearing aids that require optical connection, however as Sky Glass does not have an optical output to connect to Phonak tv connector I was advised to purchase a eARC/ARC Optical Converter, however when it is connected it only allows me to either listen to hearing aids or tv not together.
I have been to the audio output connections on the tv but the only option available is HMI/eARc there is no alternative to have two sources.
I would be grateful for any assistance before returning items
