@Chelle14 Usually restarting your TV and router will help you connect.
However, WiFi on Glass is a bit of a nightmare and most recommend using an ethernet cable between the TV and router. It's a far more stable way to connect - just turn WiFi off in the Settings if you do use ethernet.
If your router is too far away then a pair of Powerline adapters (with ethernet cables running from one to router, the other to be sited near Glass and connect the other cable between it and the adapter) will be a wise investment.
My first week of owning Glass using WiFi was a nightmare so I bought an ethernet cable and rarely have connection issues in the 3.5 years since. Any issues I have with Glass are usually firmware related.
