Use this link below then do the following,
Press BT Sports, then remove, then confirm. Then at the bottom a green bar will appear with your basket, press the basket and then continue to checkout.

That does not work. It's not an App subscription. It's a SkyTV subscription. When I got to My Products and click on BT SPorts it says Active, but there is no option to make Inactive.
Hugely frustrating. Sky encourages to take out extras but then its impossible to easily remove. I think I will just cancel whole SkyGlass as its set up in a non-customer friendly way

The link I posted works. Once you login It takes you directly to the TV subscription packs. When you press on the the green writing that says 'already yours' you'll then get an option appear to remove.
Thanks,

Nope, this does not work for me - as I already have BT sports, I can click on it in this page, but it simply gives me an "info" page, no option to add/remove, so no way to get it into my cart.
Have also tried on the MySky app, but no options there at all, it doesn't even show my BT Sport package!
There is also a "downgrade" TV package button on the main Sky site, but pushing it does nothing but redirect to the same page the button is on, so that does nothing either.
Being forced to call the call centre and spend money and my time sorting out what should be available online.
(FYI my BT Sport package is 100% vis Sky, not direct with BT)

If you have TNT Sports (was BT Sports) you may have it via BT and pay for it with your BT Bill at £22 per month. This is how I have mine and it does not appear on my Sky account. To cancell you need to ring BT on 0330 1234 150 and cancel that way. They do charge an early leaving fee depending on how long you have had it. I am trying to do the same as need to leave SKY and wil not be able to use TNT Sport.
