Trying to watch something as simple as local BBC news and get the above message. Everything is up to date. Next bill isn't due until the 18th of the month and currently I can't watch anything throu my streaming service.

@MartindB have you tried a reboot of the device. You need to turn it off at the plug for at least 30 seconds before turning it back on again.
