Nothing happens when I press the apps for these channel, or even if I try the continue watching buttons for these channels. The worked fine 48 hours ago

1) reboot the device if you haven't already. Put it into standby and turn it off at the plug for at least 30 seconds.
2) try an app refresh.
Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution. It's best to kick this off and then leave it for a couple for hours before trying to see if the apps now work.

Thank you very much for the reply but it appears the problem is a faulty sim card as we replaced the card with the one in my phone (same service provider) and the problem went away.

@Nigel17 were you using the apps on the Sky Mobile Phone service?
