Won't let me add sky sports f1 to my package

Been trying for about 3 days to add sky sports f1 to my package but it keeps saying I can't do that right now or an error code comes up

Hi @Nelly242 

 

Single channels cannot be added with Glass or Stream it's either the full sky sports pack or nothing.

@Nelly242 try rebooting your Glass TV by switching it off at the plug for a minute or two and switching it back on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.  If the problem is caused by a software glitch this may resolve it.

 

If you still can't order Sports F1 then unfortunately you will need to call Sky and they can add it for you.  No time to lose as the season starts tomorrow 🏎️.

 

I think the F1 only channe is an offer for Sky Q and is not applicable to Glass or Stream.
