Upgrade to watch discovery plus

I think this has gone on long enough, neither Sky or Discovery plus are interested in resolving this issue, probably because it doesn't affect the revenue stream, not impressed with being told that at least it's free . Really doesn't help

Hi @MRSJENNINGS 

 

We are fellow subscribers on the forum. If you tell us in more detail the issue you are having and what you have already tried (e.g. linking account, checking subscription in Sky Marketplace etc) we may be able to offer more advice.

 

However if you feel that Sky hasn't assisted you in the manner you were expecting or fallen short of your expectations you can raise a complaint:  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Hi I have spoken to Sky a few times and online chat with Discovery, we have tried resetting and all the usual settings checks, been able to watch for ages until 2 months ago, can still watch on tablet but not tv. Sky have been supposedly trying to fix for months but say that as it is only affecting some subscribers they haven't found the cause. Discovery just refer me back to Sky.

@MRSJENNINGS have you considered getting a backup streaming device, such as Fire TV stick, to watch Discovry+ or when your are having issues with Sky Stream in general?

I also have the same problem, which no one seems to be able to resolve.

i am paying a fortune to Sky and not getting the full service I pay for.
