In a nutshell, i've added the offer to purchase Sky Entertainment & Netflix for £1 a month for 3 months, however it tells me on step 3 of 3 that I've got the fastest available broadband and there is no ability to complete this final step.
Anyone else experienced this?

If the automated system asks you to state the reason for your call trying saying "Sky Stream". When i upgrade it a month ago i learnt there is a specialist team for Sky Stream and the generla Customer Services agents couldn't provide me a quote or order it, so hopefully that helps get you through to the right team a bit quicker.
Also the dedicated Sky Stream team were really really helpful and polite, unlike the general customers services person i initially got through to.

Where are you getting this offer from? Is it perhaps tied to a certain broadband deal which you need to take out in order to get the Entertainment/Netflix deal?

No @Derek_Trotter, I'm just selecting sky stream at the following url:

Then selecting the £1 a month rolling deal for sky entertainment + netflix and not taking any of the optional products. It doesn't mention anywhere about upgrading broadband. Plus i'm already on the top package so I couldn't upgrade it if i wanted to.

Not sure which web browser you are using, but it might be worth trying it ona different one just to avoid that being an issue.

I've tried on multiple devices with no luck. Going to have to try calling them i guess... Thanks for helping though. i'll update the thread is Sky can resolve it.

Well it was related to needing a sky stream puck and for some reason i had to get it organised online. Got the first puck yesterday, won't accept any pin input on it, phoned sky support, deemed it faulty and have swapped it today for a replacement. Replacement appears to also be faulty with exactly the same error. Total rubbish! Going to cancel it before they can charge me a penny. Fed up of it already..

The deafult pins on the puck are the last 4 digits of the phone number you have associated with your sky account, which obviously requires Sky to "configure that" before you actually receive it.

Well I've linked the punk to my account during the setup process as instructed but repeatedly hit the same wall. Even when doing forgot my pin and setting a new pin it still doesn't work. Frustrated beyond belief.
