Hi,
I've received the Sky Glass TV today and unable to link my account to the TV. The TV screen is stuck in the Link your account screen with the verification code, I have activated using sky.com/activate but the TV does not link.
I have tried reaching out to support who suggested to reset the TV which we did twice but unsuccessfully.
Does anyone else have experience facing the same problem?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHow is your TV connected to the internet? If it's by WiFi I'd suggest trying to plug in and Ethernet cable and seeing if that helps get it past this stuck page.

I have tried connecting the ethernet directly and also activation via the app. Still no luck 😞

I would give sky a ring,and when it say would you like to try the link say no and you will be put through to someone, make sure at the start it about sky glass, it will give some options, then say it something else, hope you get it sorted soon
