Replacement sky glass won’t link to account

Just had a replacement Sky glass tv delivered as the screen broke on the last one.  

The new TV was installed and turned on with the guys then leaving. I'm trying to set it up but I keep running into an error saying we're unable to link your account. 

We try selecting try again but we get Hello SUPPLY CHAINTEST which clearly isn't me. And that account doesn't work with any of my pins. 

Is there a way to log into my account on the TV manually?

As it's the initial setup I'd suggest trying this.


1. Turn the TV off at the plug.
2. Press the power/standby button on the side of the TV and keeping pressing it down.
3. keep hold of  the power button and turn the plug back on.
4. Keeping holding the the power button down until it turns amber and then it should turn green. Then you can let go. 
5. The TV is reset, you'll have to connect to Wi-Fi or whatever you use,  set up the remotes and then you'll get an activation code. 
6. log into the sky activate site and enter the code and that's it.

So tried a factory reset and tried the suggested answer. Checked the serial number on tv that's on my account and that's fine. Phoned sky and they are sending me another TV. 😟
