I thought it was just me. But know seems like a major problem. It's even blowing up on X. I have the channels listed but some have nothing on them and some like bbc one and channel 5 won't load up . Also some sports down.

Same nothing here Playlist yesterday no channels  today had a couple of resets needed too.  Pity back to my trusty Apple TV box 🙄

No TV guide here. Technical problem then everything disappeared. Tried resetting via plug and TV and still nothing. Even a router reset and still nothing.

Same issue here. 
online help useless and says everything working fine. Chat bot is absolutely infuriating.

now on hold with the hold AI trying to suggest online help which is useless.

how can they justify such poor support and charge by far the highest subscriptions in the Uk.

perhaps time to cancel and just go with apps and normal tb channels through the tv. 🤔
