Sky Stream - No guide or TV channels

The TV guide is not populating. No way to watch any of the TV channels. Have restarted box but it's still the same. If I try to watch a channel it just says technical fault.

We're having the same issue. Loads of channels not available.

• Me too I've had problems with certain channels like Channel 4 for a few days. Also turning it on first thing every day it just hangs.

Yup. Tried that. I have a very stroppy partner trying to watch the darts!

I've reset a few times but the pitch is still not receiving majority of channels

Same here so infuriating only watch one soap every night and can't even watch it as nothing is working no channels nothing - in Ireland here too. And still didn't receive the signal booster was offered to sign up 6 months into my contract rang many many time about and say it's ordered every time- doubt I'll be renewing at this stage!

Clearly a live streaming problem despite the fact that Sky claim there are no issues.  I think most people can accept there are occasional glitches but to cheerfully state that everything's OK when it clearly is not is just insulting

all of a sudden i have no options to watch live tv on my sky glass

I have one or 2 channels that work but not the ones I want to watch. Been like it nearly an hour! My mum can't even get a tv guide on her Sky Glass screen!!
