Tv channels not loading

Has been out i noticed at 6pm tried for nearly an hour to reboot everything before I called them 20 minutes on hold they cut me off called back and message was streaming issues.

There was an outage skys side and a number of threads on the community re this. Service seems to have been restored for some users, but it may be intermittent.

Yes same here. No Guide (list of all channels) and no live TV. I assume we will get a refund for lack of service?

We are fellow customers on the community you will need to call sky to see if they will give you anything as a gesture.

Still not working after multiple reset, refresh and finally full power down and restart attempts - looks like some have got it back as they have commented to say all resolved (maybe for them it is but not everyone).

You  are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here, have you  got an aerial  plugged into the if there is a problem  like you are having  tonight and you  need to call sky

This is a joke , how can it take two hours of trying to watch a simple channel like bbc1 and still not working . I pay over £100 a month of this and there is something every day .I've sent a cancellation I'm done with this rubbish service now . Sky glass is not fit for purpose

As per last poster. No channels, no channel list and restarted multiple

times. Still not working. Had Stream and Glass with 2 pucks for about 2 months now and everyday there is an issue and having to restart at least one of them everyday. Not good enough. Would not recommend Sky stream to anyone!

Same here no TV listings. Most channels won't load. Restarting puck and router no help. This is rubbish service. EE and Virgin are offering great introductory deals!

No TV guide but apps working. TV guide ok on sky go. Sky have probably done a software update but there is a glitch in it.
