Mine has disappeared too, done all the usual things including switching off the broadband but still not working.  Wifi signal is excellent

Tried everything even factory reset it thinking it was my sky glass was the issue

Apparently using BBC app on telly  when it's live (9pm)will allow you to watch Traitors....Haven't tried it myself yet

Same issue on puck. Various messages for certain Sky Sport channels (both darts channels) 😞 - Technical fault, programme loading .... Rebooted pcuk 3 times but no joy. Very frustrating!!!

I've tried refreshing the apps.

thats brought back BBC 1 which is a relief for the Traitors at 9 but then went to the Sports channels and they still don't work

Absolutely infuriating, I am sure there will be some contractual excuse as to why they won't refund a loss of service
