spoke to the AI chat bot and got infuriated with it so swore at it loads. Looks like a UK outage from what I can make out

I'm sly glass in Ireland and it's affecting me. I think it might be that latest UI update they pushed out.

There's a couple of similar reports on the Q board. Mine is fine on Sky Q at the moment.

Yep same issue here, switched it off and on again, did not fix issue! Would help if Sky were easy to get hold of but they are not!!!

There's an issue with all channels across Sky Glass in UK and Ireland, it seems.

I've reset both pucks but still not loading, getting blank screen an loads of channels
