Sky glass

My sky glass keep freezing ever since I had sky fibre installed I have had nothing but problems with sky glass this puts a big damper on skys ability to provide a decent service

Sky Glass requires a stable connection and the connection from the TV to the router is just as important. I've got 2 Glass units and 4 pucks on EEs Smart hub Pro with out too many issues.

 

What speed are you getting on your Glass? You can test this by opening Netflix > going to profile picture> get help? > Connectivity check. Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.

 

If you are meeting this requirement, it may be your WiFi bands/channels need adjusting on  the router, you need a booster disk or may have better luck using ethernet or home plugs (and turning WiFi off in the settings). Best thing it's to report the issues to sky. We are fellow subscribers here on the community.
