Thinking about changing to Glass Air

Just been offered 55" Glass air and just want to know a bit more.

We are keeping out Samsung curve TV 55" and the main sky Q box and changing the other main TV (which is also a 55") for the Glass Air and their streaming  box (I think you call it a pug?) .

Will the picture be as good as the Samsung TV?

is it worth the extra £10 a month?

If we have a problem with the main sky hub talking to the mini dish (has to go through an outside wall ) would we have a problem with the glass air? Or does it solely operate via the internet?

I hope that makes sense.

@Ceedee2 you can't have a Glass and a Sky Q subscription. Sky only allows one TV subscription service at an address, so to order Sky Glass they will have to cancel your Sky Q subscription.

Re: Thinking about changing to Glass Air

@MarkGoldsmith Ahh now that's interesting.   The guy on the phone said I could keep my TV and SkyQ  box in room number one and have sky glass air in room number 2. All I wanted to do was renew my contract and he throws this in the mix.

Re: Thinking about changing to Glass Air

@SKY1992bf   Thank you so much for confirming. I'll see if I can talk to someone who is a little more knowledgeable tomorrow  as I don't want to buy something that isnt what I signed up for.
I have done that previously with sky as they missed one crucial part out.

@Ceedee2  unfortunately we see it far too often on here where agents try to spin things and tell customers what they want to hear just to get a sale rather than be honest

good luck tomorrow and if in doubt ask away on here
