Telling me to refresh connection

Tv saying refresh connection but when I check the network it says excellent WiFi connection

Same here.... refreshing connection doesn't do anything though.... seems like something has gone wrong at their end!

I just kept hitting the button and I now have the normal screen.... someone may have just popped another 50p in the metre
