Do you have a network cable you can use? I'm able to get things working again with that, and switch it back to WiFi.
mine then it reset itself again overnight though so may only be a daily fix unless you can leave the network cable in.

Did the same myself even changed the batteries in the remote before I realised the control defaults to infa red after a reset and needs to be very close

It took ages tryjng to get box turned on after it flashing on snd off SKY on My tv then No signal etc for a while day and a half and yet now cannot watch anything as can't get it to accept pin.
When you get to the pin screen power off the device on the plug for a minute then power back on and it should skip the pin all together

This power reset as mentioned above has worked for many having the same issue.

Loads of customers are complaining to sky about this ongoing issue 🙄 to be told from them nothing you can do to get this up and running properly sit an wait engineers and team are working to get it back up and running smoothly 👍 **bleep** 😡😡

our sky glass 65inch will not turn on has been like this since Thursday night we are VIP MEMBERS we are now getting fed up with this

I got put through to the technical department to be told nothing can be done it's ongoing which there trying to fix oh well got no tv to watch it seems and a stupid code which you can't access

Suffering from this mad Sky glass shut down! 😤. Reset the tv. Tv requests to link account. Can't because account says already linked. Tv won't work. Spent over 6 hours holding for technical support over last 2 days. Wait couple of hours then get dialled off. How do I reset the link. Worse case they can have the thing back. If can't watch it why have it.

mine did the same yesterday. Pressed and held the on/off button, turned the power off at the wall socket while still holding the on/off button. Turned the power back on at the wall socket, still holding on/off button on the puck until the light started flashing different colours. Then followed the on screen prompts. If for some reason it won't accept you PIN code, switch the power back off and then back on again. That should get you back up and running.

I've just got mine up and running but it took me spam pressing the power button on and off at the link your remote page. Then it gave me the wrong PIN screen as it was yesterday so turned everything off and on a couple of times until it finally accpeted the PIN so Lettice you are right I just had to do it a slightly different way. I followed all the instructions multiple times yesterday and the day before with no luck but at least mine is working again hopefully it won't go off again.

Ok, I've finally managed to get through to someone at sky after waiting for an hour and a half. They sorted my issue which wasn't letting me activate the box online using the 6 digit pin.
Not sure if anyone is able to do this this themselves but I had 2 email addresses on my account. One was for logging in and then another one for correspondence. The sky agent made the correspondence one the same as my login one.
After that I opened a private window in a browser, went to the activation link and got prompted for my postcode. Once I entered that I was able to enter the activation code and then the box was registered to my account.
Maybe this can help someone, if not then it seems you'll just have to wait in the phone to get someone to help. Just remember to be polite! Whilst I know it's frustrating I'm sure there will be some leasons learnt from this. Have a good weekend all!

Hi I'm guessing their is an issue with sky glass
I have been reading tips and none seem to be working
I have jusy spent 1hr 17 mins in que and it just hung up
any advice greatly appreciated
