TV screen appears black/ no pictures are seen when sky is turned on . The tv works fine
When the TV screen appears black when the sky device is turned by the remote or by the app. Other wise the television works as normal. Kindly advice

Can you confirm you have Sky Glass? Sky Glass only has the remote function or voice commands, so slightly confused by your reference to 'the app'.
Please provide as much detail as possible and the community will try to assist you.
