Paramount plus

Hi all is anyone else having issues using paramount plus I cant log into it its telling me to upgrade which I did but after upgrading the package it logs out telling me that I need to upgrade to continue watching but I have sky cinema and that means paramount plus said no

Have you activated your paramount plus subscription as outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-paramount-plus

 

And linked your paramount account to the subscription? Does Sky marketplace show your free (or paid for upgraded) paramount subscription?
