Re: Sky glass lipsync issues
Hi @ABS123 Yes like you I have always found that a quick flip to another channel and back again works for me and takes about 2 seconds and you are back in sync. Another way is to rewind for a couple of seconds and then press the back button to return to live TV.
I suspect many customers posting on the forum have a more serious lip sync problem but the above is certainly worth trying.
If my post has solved your issue please mark as an "Answer" as it helps others identify the solution

Re: Sky glass lipsync issues
Yes that works for me also. But for what it costs shouldn't have to do it once an hour. Watching football where you can't see lips makes it tricky. You hear the goal before you see it. Still a pretty awful product

Re: Speech out of sync on Sky glass
I have had this same problem for several weeks and looks like it's down to my broadband speed dropping from 20mbs on the 18th December to 10mbs now. I have contacted sky who have offered me the chance to cancel the subscription. They are telling me that the service provider in my area cannot provide the speeds to guarantee my sky glass performance. I've had glass for 2 years with no problems until now! Waiting now for them to investigate further but I cannot use my sky glass with such a slow speed 🤔😩

Just a note to any newcomers to this thread ....
when completing the form it will ask for your device MAC address. You can find this in the settings menu where there will be a wireless and wired MAC address listed

Re: Speech out of sync on Sky glass
I had the same response. I'm overloading. Total **bleep** never had issues with TV like this until recently and have the same highest broadband they offer and same devices connected. It is getting beyond a joke. If it happens tonight during footie I fear the tv will end up in the garden!

Re: Speech out of sync on Sky glass
Same, I wish I'd never bought this rubbish. Nothing but problems since it was out of the cooling off period.
