I've had Glass TV since last Monday & seemed ok at 1st but last couple of nights the sound has cut out randomly when I've been watching via fire stick in HDMI 1 - it will be there and when it goes into the program it goes - picture fine just no sound. But does not respond to voice commands either so have to manually switch off or remove power and restart. Any ideas? Tried to call Sky but was directed straight here
