Sound goes tinny
My sky glass tv keep going tinny and it then goes back it is happening more and more my tv is when sky glass came out

Try powering it off for at least 10 minutes to see if that helps any. However it could be a speaker failure. You can try getting it repaired at cost, see: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs
Or you can use an external soundbar via eArc. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-faqs
