Sort it out

My Netflix Premium is included in my Sky Glass package. It’s linked to the wrong Netflix account (not mine). I need you to unlink the current Netflix account and send me a new activation link so I can register my own Netflix email and password. I currently don't have a Netflix account so i cannot go via them.

Hi @Willyb_22 

 

As already advised we are fellow customers. However you need to contact netflix directly not Sky. As sky do not manage credentials for netflix.

 

As this help article advices "Linked the wrong Netflix account to your Sky account? You'll need contact netflix directly to update it"

@Willyb_22 we're customers here, not Sky customer services.  You need to contact Sky directly.
