From your MySky account you would need to add whole home pack to your account, which would then allow for additional pucks/glass to be activated against you account.

you would need to order another Tv via the main Sky website or if that doesn't work by phoning Sky. If you have to phone Sky they will be able to add the whole home pack onto your account as well on the phone so you can do it all at once.

Hi @Amr4567

Yes. You can have up to three Glass TVs and six pucks on your account. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-devices-sky-glass#:~:text=On%20your%20account%2C%20you%20can,....

You will need to pass another credit check, unless you are purchasing out right. You will also need a whole home subscription (£12 per month). However you will need to call Sky as we are all customers here.

@Amr4567

Alternatively you can do as I have done and purchase a second hand glass and it to your account via the sky activation webpage during setup

You will not have a warranty on this though

Re: Sky tv

why not get a smart tv of choice and then a puck, probably the cheaper option

Re: Sky tv

I'm currently trying to do this but the activation page comes up with restricted access, any ideas what to do?

You ll need to have an existing subscription to sky and whole home package. Best to log into your sky account first on a webpage then navigate to the activation page

@Georgie22 most likely explanation is your not using the Sky id linked to the account.If you are certain you are then you need to call Sky to get the id sorted.

@Georgie22

Or if you already have a sky Q or sky plus subscription it could prove problematic
