Re: Sky tv
From your MySky account you would need to add whole home pack to your account, which would then allow for additional pucks/glass to be activated against you account.
you would need to order another Tv via the main Sky website or if that doesn't work by phoning Sky. If you have to phone Sky they will be able to add the whole home pack onto your account as well on the phone so you can do it all at once.

Re: Sky tv
Hi @Amr4567
Yes. You can have up to three Glass TVs and six pucks on your account. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-devices-sky-glass#:~:text=On%20your%20account%2C%20you%20can,....
You will need to pass another credit check, unless you are purchasing out right. You will also need a whole home subscription (£12 per month). However you will need to call Sky as we are all customers here.

55" Gen 2 Sky Glass atlantic blue, 65” Sky Glass ocean blue, Sky Live, 4 streaming pucks and EE FTTP Busiest Home (circa 1.6 Gbps download). Sky SoundBox. Former Sky Q, Sky+ HD and Sky+ customer.
Please Note: I am not a Sky employee. I am a fellow subscriber. Please do not PM me as they will not be responded to. Posting publicly to a thread increases the usefulness for all.

Re: Sky tv
Alternatively you can do as I have done and purchase a second hand glass and it to your account via the sky activation webpage during setup
You will not have a warranty on this though

You ll need to have an existing subscription to sky and whole home package. Best to log into your sky account first on a webpage then navigate to the activation page

Re: Sky tv
@Georgie22 most likely explanation is your not using the Sky id linked to the account. If you are certain you are then you need to call Sky to get the id sorted.

Re: Sky tv
Or if you already have a sky Q or sky plus subscription it could prove problematic
