Hi @Theboss1 We are customers on the forum and not Sky. You will need to call then or if you are still within your warranty you can request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote (you will need to sign into your MySky account).
You could also try to get your old one working again by holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including my own).
