The content subscription replaces any current one, but the television hardware purchase loan repayment is an additional cost on top of that.

I currently have the sky package I wanted glass TV it's sayong £20 upfront and £101 a month if that is on top. Of what I already pay then I forget it

That's likely to replace your current Sky television bill, and would combine content subscription for two years with loan repayment over four years.
Note that there's expected to be a significant announcement regarding Glass this month (newspapers say on Tuesday) so you might want to wait a couple of days.
