Dear Sky Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my Sky Glass TV, which is unable to download and install the software update. The problem persists even after performing a forced restart of the device according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
I have followed these steps:
• Restarting the TV
• Checking the internet connection
• Performing a factory reset
• Executing a forced restart
Despite these attempts, the update does not download or install, and the TV remains stuck in the update process.
Could you please provide additional instructions or a solution to this issue?

My Sky Glass TV is displaying a repeated message about the update, but it does not resolve the issue. The device remains stuck in this state with no progress.

how are you connected to your router ? If WiFi try connecting via ethernet and trying the update again

You need to ring sky in Germany , this community is for uk and Ireland only and we are just customers on here to

I tried connecting via both Ethernet and WiFi, but I still couldn’t get any further.

Yes, I am a new Sky user in Germany. I will try to check the German community, but Sky redirected me to this group.

I can see Stream is on release in Germany, but is this a Glass television set also acquired directly from Sky Deutschland?
