Sky glass

I have sky glass and my continue watching tab has dissapeared has anyone else got same issue and any ideas what to do to get back done reset and still nothing

It might be worth turning the Data & Personalisation setting OFF, clicking save then a few minutes later turning it back on again.

 

It may take a little while for the CW rail to repopulate but it should work as its worked for others who havd had a similar issue in the past.

Have you tried pulling the plug totally for 5 mins ?

 

or have you opted out of the data collection process on your account ? I believe this is required to track your viewing

Are you sure you haven't changed the data settings ...... if not it may be worth you checking they are on - see link below on how to do it

How long does cw rail take roughly to come back after switching settings on and off

It comes back and I  watched something and it still showing have 28 minutes left to watch even though watched to the end how do I sort this
