Sky glass

I got sky glass and when l watch sky sports uhd it freezes up, l try the ethernet cable it seems to make it worse, or do l need a better ethernet cable

Are you turning the wifi off in settings when using Ethernet?

Sky Glass 43” stand mount, Wi-fi, 1 puck, ethernet from Bt disc.
Sky Ultimate and whole home, Diamond VIP User
BT Hybrid FTTC, BT Smart Hub 2 + 1 disc

@Bigdog2023  Yes, in the Sky Glass setting menu turn off wifi when ethernet is connected, this should provide a more stable experince with UHD

@GD1 turn the WiFi off on the sky glass, when l plug the ethernet cable in before it automatically changes from the name of my broadband to ethernet

@Bigdog2023 Have you noticed any improvements?  I would also reboot the Glass device by unplugging for 1 minute then plug back in.
