Discussion topic: Sky glass won’t power on after power cut

We had a power cut and now sky glass won't power back on. The socket works and I have tried another working socket. Tried the reset procedure but nothing will get it to power in ie no red light. Anyone else having problems or advice please.

Try the recovery procedure in this Sky help article.

Try it a few times, if it does not work first time.
