My sky glass is stuck on your now connected screen and won’t let me continue ?
My sky glass tv would not turn on and now I'm stuck on the your now connected screen ? It won't let me continue?

Hi @Mellmc
Try powering off at the mains for at least two minutes in the first instance, if that doesn't work try these troubleshooting steps: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass
And to confirm your router / internet is back up and working as expected?
