Sky glass won’t connect to internet even though hardwired

Sky glsss is hardwired to the internet but won't connect at all. Full internet on other TV's and phones. No wifi issue. Won't connect via wifi either.

Try disabling the wifi on the Sky Glass. If wifi is enabled it sometimes defaults back to WifI ( or tries to) even thought you are connected via an ethernet cable.

After you disable the WiFi give the Glass a reboot.

1) Put it into standby

2) turn it off at the plug

3) Wait at least 30 seconds

4) Turn it back on at the plug.

See if that makes any difference

I'm having trouble with the sky puk I can connect it thro WiFi but I've done every think bye the book to connect it thro the Ethernet it will not connect I've had engineers out and they said it's either the Ethernet lead or there's a fault on the sky puk as I can connect every think else thro the Ethernet other then the sky stream puk is there any think can be done about this issue ???
