Sky glass tv not working

I am having terrible issues with my sky. On Sunday night I was watching tv as usual and it suddenly locked me out of all channels and said my pin was entered wrong twice.. I never entered my pin, the only two Channels working was RTE so I restarted it and it was the same, the last two nights all my playlisted shows say please wait for programmes to load and then says error message, every morning it isn't connected to the internet and I have to switch it all off at the wall and back on again? Anyone else having all these issues
