I'm a new sky customer and my sky glass tv was not delivered on the 13/12/23 as they said it was delayed and I've not had any messages to say when it will be delivered.

At any point did you receive an email/text from Panther (the courier company used to deliver the TVs) about the order, saying it was being delivered on 13th and giving you a time slot? If you did and it wasn't delivered i'd suggest saying Panther.
If you haven't received any sort of deliver text or email giving a date/time of delivery then you will need to phone Sky and ask them what has caused the delay?
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
