Had no apps since 19th of September

Had no Apps since 19th of September 

And still being told there still working on it ,been with sky 24 yrs very unimpressed with them 

Ive spent hrs and i mean hrs  on the phone and got nowhere  ,to be told it will be sorted in 24hrs ,i will ring you back ,which never happens ,a shambles really   ,   , but are still taking my dd every month 

Everyday i do a refresh but nothin 

Sky glass i just dont rate at all since i had it ,ive felt like a Guinea pig 

Lots of issues with it, im finding very temperamental 

They tell me i have enough internet speed ,then another agent tells me i havnt 

Atm have a sky agent who gets back telling me theres been no updates every wk 

And is very sympathetic and frustrated himself to the situation 

Which im lucky really because al the other agents over the last 6 wks havnt bothered 

Tbh over the last 4 years for me sky has gone dwn hill ,in every way 

But yet the prices are hiking yearly 

For a customer whose been with sky for 24 yrs feel very disappointed 

But i dont think they care 

Very different company now

do they not load up ?

 

How fast is your internet connection ? You need roughly 30mb to get the best experience. You also need a. Stable WiFi signal which would mean the router would ideally be not from from the tv ....

 

can you connect the glass with an Ethernet cable temporarily to see if the problem still exists ?
