Sky glass sound issue

We get aound bites from programmes for a few seconds randomly play when the tv is off. This seems to be after waychjng channel 4 on demand. We also get the programme from the same channel just start playing when we turn the tv on and select anither channel, it continues to play and the screen goes black.
we have to turn the power off to reset

anyone had this issue

Hi @laceypatrick 

 

The channel 4 on demand issue is known and there were some reports of this on the forum. Sky are aware and working with C4 for a resolution. The perceived wisdom to prevent this from happening is exit out of C4 on demand and watch live TV on any channel for a second or 2 before powering off.
