Sub titles

Can't remove sub titles when recording on second tv all t v s have sub titles turned off but still records with subtitles

Play listing a show isn't necessarily creating a recording, in the majority of cases it's just a link to the show on the relevant on-demand app.

 

i'd suggest checking to see if the subtitles are switched on in the relevant on-demand apps as they work separately to the subtitles settings on the glass/stream device that's controls live channels and sky's on demand content.

@Garry1960gh you can't record on a Glass TV please explain a little more.
