Sky glass screen not working

Has anyone had a issue where the TV turns on and you can see it trying to load but nothing comes on the screen apart from the backlight. TV turns on and is black with just the backlight on and you can see the start up line as just backlight

How old is the TV?

Got a replacement coming Monday they said its just broken and can't be fixed with a reset or anything
