Sky glass streaming

Issues with streaming,

@Idw033  How is your Glas TV connected to your hub?   Can you open the netflix app and go to Get help and run the speed test?

 

Glass TV's & Stream pucks need a minimum of 25mbps for HD & 35mbps for UHD.

Ethernet to hub, according to Sky test we have 50mgb,has only been happening

over the last few days 🤷🏻‍♂️

@Idw033  Have you tried a power reboot as that normally fixes most issues.

One thing to check is that WiFi is switched off.
