Sky glass problems

Helllo, I've had sky glass from launch and I have loved it, however it's not been a smooth ride and I'm starting to get fed up with it now, as apps keeps crashing most times, sometimes the tv won't turn on so I'd have to unplug it and start again. Sometimes the remote stops working and I'm just getting a little fed up of these small things. I know there only small but sometimes it's the smaller things that can be most annoying when you just want to sit down and relax. I never had any of these issue with q, just wondering how it can be so different...

The apps crashing is likely due to you not closing the apps and the TV then essentially running out of memory to be able to open the apps (which is why a reboot helps).

When you have finished with an app keep pressing the back button until you are either promoted to close and exit the app (I.e this happens in IPlayer) or for an app like ItV x ensure you are on the Home Screen of that and pressing back will quit the app and take you back to the Sky Home Screen.
