Sky glass not loading

My sky tv is either playing films with a black screen and all I can hear is the film or it won't load anything is anybody else having issues ?

Hi @Anne87 

 

Reboot the TV in the first instance. If you continue to have issues, have you checked that your broadband meets the minimum requirements for Glass? Sky recommend 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.

 

You can check the speed you TV is getting by opening netflix and going to the left hand menu > scroll down to get help? > Select connection check.

 

If you post the results, the community will do its best to off further advice.
