Imagine being 2 years in and hating every minute.... it's useless! Crashes when you watch something from the start and by the time you are back in it's bloody over!

It is a joke! Especially when you constantly ring them and get told it's teething problems. What, after 3-4 years or however long it's been out? They even told me to come here for answers because they couldn't give me any. I only got it because I wasn't allowed a dish as I moved into a listed building and if I knew how bad it was, for the extortionate amount of money I pay every month I never would have signed up for it and saved the money.

Can you explain what issues you are getting as many users (including myself) don't have any issues. Those issues you are experiencing may have answers .....

Fractionally over three years: launch was mid-October 2021.

Reading between the lines ! You say you have a listed property. Could it be the construction of said property (massively thick internal walls) are affecting your WiFi signal strength?

At the time it was the only option for me in my rented property. As it is the only TV I have I've not had many of the issues some have had with the TV and pucks. Once I connected via ethernet it's been pretty much smooth sailing with it and it meets my needs.
If I had an equal choice I would use Q. To me that is the best and most user friendly system Sky has produced. Glass for me is still pretty good. The only time I struggle is if my broadband provider has issues!
