If your Glass isn't connected via ethernet cable, it's reliant on a good speed stable WiFi connection. The issues you're having are typical of poor wifi where your Glass is positioned, even if the broadband to your home is good. The Netflix app has a handy wifi checker which can show how effective your wifi is.

Hi
I agree with @Mark39 ..... it's sound like the symptoms of poor internet speed
you need at least 35mbs reaching your glass to be able to watch uhd
as @Mark39 states run the network check on Netflix and it will give you the speed ....
