Sky glass is **bleep**
Sky glass issues
Doesn’t fast forward through ads
Buffering especially on live sports
Pause puts me back to start
Always saying ‘please wait for your film to load’
continual pixelation
avoid at all costs
technology is poor and sky Q is much better.

Re: Sky glass is **bleep**
Hi
In answer to your points
- do you have the ad skipping pack ? This allows you to ff through ads
-buffering and pixelation and waiting for load is normally an indication of slow internet speed or poor wifi connection. Run the network test in the Netflix app to see what speed your device is receiving . You will need at least 35mbs if not more in an average household environment
- there is a current issue under investigation where if you use the watch from start option a pause can take you back to the start of the show
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M350 hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.

Re: Sky glass is **bleep**
Yes I am meant to have the ad skipping pack
current download speed on Netflix test is 56mbps. Sky have said try rebooting the router every month so I will try that.
The rewind issue has always been on watch from start movies so hopefully they can fix that. Thanks for info.
I am not very tech savvy but wondered if a power line adapter would help boost connection speeds?
appreciate your help.
