As the post says I was wanting to rent or buy a movie tonight so I went on the sky store when I go to sign in I'm getting the message "there is an issue with login, please check details and try again" then a button to retry however when I click the button it does not send me to any login page. Any advice? thanks in advance

Tried a reboot? Turn it off at the wall for a minute then power back on.

To login into Sky Store first time on Sky Glass/Sky Stream or if you previously signed out of Sky Store App.
Do the following
Home menu click Playlist
With remote scroll to the bottom of screen
You will see tabs for Manage All and Sky Store Purchases
Click Sky Store Purchases
Use this to log into your Sky store account using your exitsing sky store account login details.
Once you do this you can then go back and use Sky Store App on Sky Glass/Sky Stream to access your library and to make purchases from sky store app.

I have tried that. I am using the puck 😞 and i have tried on my phone and laptop and nothing is working. @Lettuce

That sounds like a problem with your Sky Store account.
Bst would be to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
